Please note that a £100 refundable deposit is required against damage or breakages in addition to the fee for your stay. This will be refunded within 48 hrs of checkout.
 
Payment Terms :
 
All payments made to our limited company bank account 
 
20% of total amount due is payable on confirmation of booking, with due 6 weeks before your arrival date. 
 
No cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 6 weeks before your holiday and any payments made will be returned.  If cancellation is received within 6 weeks of your stay, we reserve the right to retain the 20% paid at confirmation of booking.
